My washer stinks! Literally. How do I take it apart

My dryer don't turn off the heater when I open the door

Pretty much their is no maintiance required on the washer. However ,the dryer could be taken apart and clean all lint inside of it and also clean the venting all the way to the outside& and the grill should be removed off of the refrigerator and clean the dust from it. The dryer could be done yearly and the refrig. should be dusted 2 times per year.

It's usually on the bottom under the drum or in the back of the unit, you know, "inside the housing".

If this is a gas dryer, you might want to check your thermal fuse. If it's not glowing on start up, replcae it.

load lite, and if the problem still is there let run empty a couple of times, if there is still a problem it is off track and a professional needs to go inside of it you can do it yourself but not recommended so call a pro!!!

The front panel does not come off.

To access the inside - there are a few screw on the back - then the shroud is removed.

ignitor is bad

pull the pulley toward the motor the belt goes to the outside of the pulley... let me know
