Pull off your washer mains cord from the wall. Turn off your wall faucet,, the valve on wall which allows water into the washer. (h2o means your washer is not receiving the most importing thing - water). Disconnect the pipes of the water from the wall. Check by opening the wall valve to see if the water flow is gud. Next fit back carefully. Then unscrew the other end of the hose/hoses at the entry point of your washer - remove the fine filters and clean out with an old tooth brush; clean inside the opening of inlet valve too carefully, check. Now re-fit the filters carefully and screw back the hoses. You are done now. It is advisable to close the wall valve when your washing is done, takes pressure off the machine valve.

turned out I hadnt turned the water taps on
check this and if not the problem could be the water sensor in the drum

f09 is a communication fault on the computer board.A suggestion to you would be to unplug unit.Carefully remove and reistall each wire at board

hello,
what this indicate is that window / door are not properly close to there position that is free ton air at 23 degree
please make sure that doors are properly close before use and also there should be no over flow of water on the panel that is control unit .
