When I print a Photo on 8 1/2 x 11 Photo paper, it usually spits out a sheet first, then only prints a partial sheet.??? I have tried rebooting, reset to factory setting. Nothing works!! I have used this printer for years (2) with no problems.. This is my business- I need the printer. I have a art show the 20th of this months! HELP!! Marv's Art Marv Rodgers
Instead of using the Letter or factory 8 1/2 x 11 page set up, create a custom page size for 8 1/2x11 and use that in your app for the page set up. Double check your page orientation and the size of the photo you are printing. It sounds like it may be trying to tile the photo because it's too large for the page size.

This would be a setting issue. If it is printing correctly on one type of paper but not another then the printer is not configured correctly. I would uninstall then reinstall the printer driver.
Good luck

if u r printing from the memory card which is inserted in the printer..ensure that the PHOTO BUTTON on the printer is on..
You can also try to reset the printer by going to the SETTINGS/TOOLS menu (RENCH SYMBOL) and then look for the Factory Restore (Might be under "Preferences")

Also had ongoing problem of paper jams printing PDF files, but not when printing any other files. Solved both problems by uninstalling and reinstalling printer driver.
