PUK Code PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

You PUK code is generated from the imei number of the phone, this makes the PUK unique.
Unfortunatly the only way to get a PUK code is to ring your Mobile phone call provider, its should be free but Ive know a few companies that try to charge.
