I pushed the button down to start the jets and it got stuck all the way down and won't come up

make sure push start switch is not stuck pushed in.Also sounds like the switch mounted on the motor could be stuck, which means new motor. Does motor start and stop with timer being moved to the off position ?.If so then not the motor.

Is there one stuck button? Get it loose so the others can be pushed

Replace the cabel it is rusted

push power button on push any cycle button hold down 3-5 seconds release push 4-5 times . if that don't fix it unplug for 30 min try that. let me know if it works might check lint trap also

lay wheel on sit - look in front of paddle in slot- tiny push button switch sounds like its stuck- qtip and rubbing alcohol lightly

the timer could have went out or maybe the door switch is stuck open

could be a disconnected wire from the igniter. could be a bad ground. could be corroded. Is there a spark going across one of the jets? may need to resort to a butane grill lighter (cheaper than digging around and replacing parts.)

ps,, DO NOT use this grill again until you have it repaired correctly.

Most likely, this issue might be caused by Start button being stuck. If you can't turn the product ON by pushing the Start button, double check if the Start button is somehow stuck, and also make sure that the unit is firmly plugged in to the wall outlet. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try a different outlet because you might be experiencing power outage on the outlet where it's plugged in. If that won't resolve it, I'm afraid the unit has to be serviced.
