My zeepad 7.0 tablet want go past the andriod screen! I can get it to the andriod laying on its back but nothing else happens

You need to do a factory reset.

Power off the tablet
Press and hold Power + vol up button until the screen flashes and let go
That should reset it

Press power button and volume up button together and hold. After it shuts off, do it again and hold until menu comes up.. Found on Youtube.

This hard reset can be done even if the device won't seem to power on.

Make sure that it is OFF.
Press the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously and hold them for few seconds.
When you see the logo appear, release the Power button (but keep holding the Volume Up button).
Next you'll see a menu where you can use the Volume Up & Volume Down buttons to navigate across. Check the option labeled as Wipe Data / Factory Reset using the Power button.
