Stanley fatmax powerit 1000 tire pressure gauge not working correctly

There is an inherrent problem with this type of device in that it is actually measuring the built up pressure from the pump and hose and not the pressure in the tire itself. I pump mine up to be over the pressure and then use a digital pressure gauge to get the final pressure by letting some air out a bit at a time.

I would recommend you check out Deltec Eco. Their aquarium chillers are designed to be environmentally friendly and consume as little electricity as possible. How do I recycle my dead PowerRite Plus 360 UPS? Or can it be recycled?

Most cities have local recycling centers where you can drop off paper, plastic, etc. They usually have something set up for electrical components like VCRs and batteries. The PowerRite Plus was an old Deltec model. Deltec was acquired a few times and is now belongs to Eaton. If you are looking for a new UPS, you can participate in the UPSgrade program which includes recycling your old UPS: eaton.com/upsgrade.
