I cannot find a manual for my Lanier 5025 copier/scanner (Ricoh Aficio 200) and am unable to figure out how to change the identification settings for the fax. i.e.; put my id name and number on faxes. Does anyone have a manual or do you know how to do this?

The LD-620 appears to be a Ricoh Aficio MP-C2051 or C2551.
You should be able to find a parts list on the net. Whichever one looks the same as your lanier (who don't make anything) will be the one.

You can try this:
Press "User tools"
Press "system settings"
Press "Key Operator tolls" and press "next" (bottom right on the touch screen)
Press "Address Book Managment"
Press "New Program"
(Set the user information):
Press "Change" on the right of the user name.
Enter the name and press "OK"
Now on the bottom press "E-mail"
Press "Change"
Enter the E-mail and press OK
At last press OK (up right) and your done.

Your Lanier is made by Ricoh and is a model Aficio 355. The drum and drum cleaning blade is still available and not too expensive at about $200 for the pair. You can find these with all the related info at precisionroller.com Great people to deal with and I order a LOT of stuff from them.
Their part numbers are P8150 for the drum and C5950 for the cleaning blade.

If the scanner has not been configured, or network settings have changed, the setup for scanning on this unit is unfortunately quite difficult for a novice. the manuals are readily available at Ricoh.com, under Downloads, but this will not help very much with the scanner config.

SC307 - Charge AC bias error [Y] (Level D Error)**

Symptom: The charge current less than 200 ìA is detected.

Possible Causes / Required Actions:
• Defective charge roller
• Defective connectors
• Disconnected harness
• Defective high voltage power 1
1. Check the connectors.
2. Replace the PCU for yellow.
3. Replace the drum positioning plate.
4. Replace the high voltage power 1.

** (Level D Reset Procedure) Turning the main switch off then on resets SCs displayed on the operation panel. These are redisplayed if the error occurs again.
