Elite model #11027087603. How do I remove tubseal nut on bottom of washer that holds motor rotor on shaft?

that should have an inset, hex-headed screw/bolt. You will have to hold the rotor with one hand and use your other hand to loosen that screw. they use thread lock on that screw, so it will be difficult. but, that's only half the battle. You will have to remove the tub cover, agitator (7/16 agitator nut size), and the spin basket to access the tub seal. the seal has to go on from the inside of the tub assembly. Make sure you don't use anything against the outer lip of where the seal seats inside the tub, or you will have to replace the outer tub because it will still leak. Push the seal all the way down. then before you put everything back together, pour a small amount of water in the tub and see if you see any leaks. anything major will show then, but if there is a small leak, you will not know it till you try to wash with it. You shouldn't have to remove the stator screw or do anything from the bottom side of this unit. You should be able to replace that seal from the top side. good luck.

What causes water to floor jeep after hard rain?

The water leaks inside through the firewall in the cowl beneath the windshield wipers. Look up underneath the dash from the floor with a light. If I can't get to the leak I pour a liquid sealer into the cowl in that area on a DRY day. It might take a few tries to seal it.

Water and steam from side of engine near coil pack

- Could possibly be worn or blown head gasket. Cracked head worst case. Pretty expensive fix either way if taken to a shop or dealer, but can be taken care of. If driven too long or hard, seal or head could fail further mixing your coolant, oil and gas causing serious damage to your engine.
- Best case, check your freeze plugs, one or more may need replacing. They are pretty cheap and fairly easy to replace, and can be acquired at your local auto parts store.
- To prevent future problems with this, you can take precautions by replacing your thermostat, changing coolants to 50/50 anti-freeze, and flushing your radiator. I would NEVER use stop-leak, as it may fix leaks with your radiator and/or other components, but can cause other blockages internally inside your engine. Also, check your hoses for cracks and pinholes or leaks. Hope this fixes your problem.

We replaced the theromostat and the radiator but it is still leaking under the car on the drivers side

Leaking water on teh drivers side indicates a cracked block or cracked head in most cases. Unless you have a water injected motor, I don't remember Ford using one, there are no water ports on that side of the motor. It could be the water pump leaking and being pushed back when the vehicle is running so check for leaks around the water pump. You need to check the heads, side of the engine block and the freeze plugs to make sure there are no cracks or leaks around the head gasket seal.

Water leak

That water leaking is due to a head gasket pressurizing the system. That's usually one of the first signs of trouble on the horizon. The seal is not the culprit. You can check the water pump seal by draining the oil. If you have any coolant in it then you may be lucky and just have a pump seal blown in which case it is a relatively easy fix. You will need to remove the side cover and the water pump impeller to get to the seal. You can use a seal puller to get the old one out and I would use a socket or something the same size as the OUTSIDE of the new seal. DO NOT let anything hit the inside of the seal or you will kill it.
I really hate to tell you this but most often it's a head gasket leaking that causes the water problem. Is it just a drop her and there or is it pretty obvious? That makes a huge difference. If the bike gets really hot you can over pressurize the system causing the seal to weep/leak, if it drips on a regular basis then the HG needs to be replaced.

There is a water leak somewhere in my 98 toyota camry that leaks into my passenger side floor. There is no sun roof and no visible leaks from the windows or doors. Any thoughts? A/C leak maybe? water...

I am the original owner of camry xle 1998 with wet floors. In 2000 I had drivers side door seal leaking at welt. Removed old door seal and new weather strip on drivers side installed. The door panel was never wet, but wet at bottom of door where there are drain holes...slowly leaking under carpet.
In 2001 later water again. Coming from overflowing A/C evaporator-drain plugged/ tank full of debris. Removed evaporator, cleaned + drain cleaned.
In 2003, driver door seal against window rotted. Removed door panel and found leak at window belt molding at the mirror joint inside + out. Lots of mold under carpet needed to replace! Made a fuss at dealers for reacurring problem and they replaced the carpet for free.
