My parrot doesnt ring, radio is cut off, i do not hear them, but they hear me very good. it seams to me that my parrot has function with gps . when i was finishing i saw a simbol on parrots screen - mobile phone is mutted, but my phone was not mutted. on latter tryings i did not see this simbol, but result is same- i can not hear them.
Your 3100 may need an up-grade, have you changed your phone lately? most common problem is that new phones have newer software versions and you need to up-grade the software on the parrot 3100 to suit

No signal is normally a result of the power wires been the wrong way round, disconnect the parrot, check memory and switched live are correct the try the unit again, if it still dont work then it will need new software hard wired into it. Find your nearest Parrot engineer from parrot.com

you will need to pair the parrot with syncro disabled, try setting/ pair with phone/ disable syncro. this will stop asking the LG for the phone book, you will then have to send the phone book entries one by one.
