I can't remember off the top of my head -- it's in User Tools, either under System Settings and then Address Book, or under Fax Settings. But you can download the manual here, and it will tell you:

You'll need a tech to run a diagnostic mode to find the exact cause...could be development problem, Transfer belt, ID sensor, etc
