I moved my treadmill, NordicTrack 4200 Elite NTL19806 2, from the garage to the basement. When I powered it up the R1 resister on the MC2100WAH board lit up and smoked. Everything was working fine prior to the move. I can't find a wiring diagram of that board anywhere to get the ohms for R1 so I can replace it. Does anyone know where to find the wiring diagram or have that resister ohm information? What would I look for that is causing that resistor to smoke? Why wouldn't the fuse burn out instead? Thanks
SOURCE: Nordictrack motor will not run when start button is pushed.
Likely the cover of one of the motor brushes popped off. Unplug the machine before you pop it back in place, then try it again.
If that doesn't work, most likely it's the motor control board, or possibly the console, or finally just a loose connection behind the console.
But most likely, it's the motor brush cover. I've been seeing that alot with this model.

The IRFZ46N are n channel high speed switches . They basicly drive the Mosfets. Sounds like you have some problem there my friend, and unless you paid alot for this amp. Its going to need probobly all the n channel switches as well as every mosfet + the bias resistors repalced. Before plugging in the amp jump out the fuse with a 100 watt light bulb.. If the bulb glows brightly when you apply power there is still a short in the unit and could be in the switching power supply section of the amp. If it glows bright and dims, The shorts are most likly gone. The bulb will minimize the amount of current the unit can draw and most of the time wont let the new parts blow out. Check out this service number and see if they can help you. Good Luck Main support number 978-823-0300

Well budy, welcome to the real world of problem after problem even though you were there other problem start, Ah what in
H%$# did I become a tech.
First did you replace the stk with cheap china part's,
second have you check the vcc at the input of the chip, +/- about 25 volt.
The redish problem is adjudtment to the tint, here how you adjust this take colour off, then adjust screen to 80% and brighness to 40% and adjusting the screen control slowly to get perfect black and white without getting drive line. YOU Don't want drive line this is over driving the grides on the crt's this is located in the front of the screen a box about 4" x 4" x 1" deep and has about 9 wires that goes to it.
Now have you tampered with the aligment of the crt's nut screw well don't I Mean Don't.This is Focus only if you need it.
Next go to the menue (Service Menu) and do the aligment beleave me it's not easy and it will P%$# you off this is on page 46 http://servicemanuals.panasonic.ca/viewing/NA/PT-47WX52F/SVC/47wx_01.pdf.
Here is the schematic hope it help's http://servicemanuals.panasonic.ca/viewing/NA/PT-53TW53G/SIMP/PVAccel.html
Last or you shure it's not your CPU convergence board, this is the board that stick out on the main board,

I know if you do the convergence alignment it should solve your problem. let me know [email protected]

If your computer does not come on at all: Start with the line cord and make certain that it is not damaged. Buying a cheap digital volt-ohm-meter can help a lot. Once you are sure that there is AC in the PS, read the label and check all the wires if they have their proper voltages. You will come to the point where the power is interrupted. Simply replace or repair that part. Of course we will be standing by to help you. Please, whatever you do or how tempted you are DO NOT TOUCH THE MOTHER BOARD. We will help you with that headache once you get to have power. Thank you for considering our service.

SOURCE: ONE OHM STABLE 2500W MAX POWER AMP DIAGRAM ON 2
For a 1ohm load it's positive to positive and negative to negative run 1 wire from one speaker to the other. Positive to positive neg to neg. Then 1 wire from the speakers to the amp. The amp will have + - + - on it's inputs for left and right speakers (if stereo) Use the outside positive and outside negative. If there are any switches on the amp that say "mono" "stereo" switch to "mono". Hope this helps
