I need my customercode to activate the panda antivirus 2009.

Don't know much about Panda I use A.V.G, however; please check to see if you are downloading 64 bit or 32 bit.

You will need your password and username for panda software.
Go to www.panda.com ,find downloads for clients.enter your info.
If you do not have info they will e mail it to you.

Dowload the sofware and install.

Try connecting to the internet first and minimize ie.
Then try to activate.
If that does not work, remove the program, reboot the machine and re-load.

Have you purchased this copy of Panda Antivirus and have you got the proof of purchase or some e-mail activation key? If yes, then you can contact Panda to resolve this issue.

OPTION 1

When you re-install Panda are you able to click on the help at the top right of the main screen and see "Activate my product"? If you are, this will bring the activation wizard up for you to enter the following

1. Activation code (This is all caps including the dash in between)
2. Email address that you used on the account
3. Client/Customer number

OPTION 2

If you are unable to bring the activation wizard up here is another option for you

1. Navigate to the Panda installation folder. For most computers, this will be located under C:\Program Files\Panda Security\(your Panda program).
2. Double-click on the PSROL.EXE application file.
3. Activate using your credentials shown in previous option

This is a problem with flash on your computer which is what is crashing when the CD is auto ran.
