Nokia 1208 - I can't hear what folk are saying

You may have accidentally turned the volume right down. Try calling someone and when they answer, toggle up the volume using the navigation button.

sir while you answering the call press the volume button to increace the sound [or] give to the nokia service center for replacing the new earpiece mic for getting better volume................

the business class phones from nokia have a low sounding ear speaker to aid at confidential business calls . if you think the sound is not at all audible use your warranty , first try in a room if you can hear , or try increasing the volume by pressing the volume keys on the side of your phone .

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

check if you have set the profile to Silent or Pager , change it to General , also check which ringtone you have assigned to the profile and the volume is not set to minimum

Step 2: Select Tone Settings

Step 3: Go to Ringing Volume and Increase the volume

Its related to your phone volume..try to increase it using arrow keys upside...or it also be a connectivity issue from the operator.

In the menu optons phone settings cancell all diverts.
