Enter into the diagnostic mode.Press 50 then green button,press 20 then green button,press 00 then green button.Switch off the machine & Switch On.

@basanta711, Press 0 for 5 seconds then press green (start) then 50, green, 20 green, 0, green then on/Off the printer........... problem is solved

A few things to check, the GFI plug has tripped, the machine has safety switches under cover, could have gotten wet and froze. Take cover off, plug machine in, with a electrical tester start where power enters machine and test all switches till you find bad one.

You did winterize the machine? Leaving water in a powerwasher will freeze and damage the pump. It's a common happening, because people don't think of it or are not told by the maker.

Under the top cover there is a micro switch that sometimes dislodges
This switch is for auto cut off when you release the trigger

This sounds like a short circuit or motor problem. They are relatively easy to take apart. If you see a burned wire or connector this can be repaired. If not, it is the motor and probably too expensive to repair considering the price of a new one.

Most pressure washers when their gun is released, the machine stops automaticaly. This is done ny means of a control valve. When the gun is closed...pressure is built and the control valve moves and switches a micro switch off. In your case the micro switch is still closed in off position. Now this happens if a machine is left and stored with pressure in it., This control valve could get jammed and leaving the micro switch in off position. It could also stay in off position by sticking, due to incorrect chemical.
So the control valve or even called spill valve, must be renewed.
Sometimes a little lubrication with the right type of silicon grease will get the control valve working again. This job is sometimes delicate and better done by a qualified technician.

The machine has a pressure leak. Check for a cracked controll head or either a leaking outlet elbow. The machine will short cycle if the holding pressure can not be maintained
