Underlined addresses mean there is a hyperlink or live internet link to the item. If your email address is a full email (meaning a name+ at sign+ email provider name+ extension like this [email protected]) it should automatically put it in hyperlink format. It may depend on which app you are using if it makes it a live link or not though.
