Unit is pluged up but there is no green power light, screen blank.
This was a product malfunction with that TV. Dell ended up paying out $$ in a class action suit over this product...I think I got a check for like $30 in the end. There is no fix I was told...but try to toggle the master switch, or unplug and plug in again - that often times worked for me. In the end I bought a new tv though because the frustration level was too much.

Try turning the master power on and off a few times. Give it a few secs inbetween power offs and that should work. It's worked for me. Sometimes it takes longer that other times to show a picture.

Had same problem as described by others, green light, audio, but no picture. Decided to look inside. Layed the TV face down on three textbooks (1 at top & 1 at left & Right) so that back (9 large screws & 2 small screws) could be removed along with stand. From the power supply (board that 110v AC plugs into) there is a cable connected to a circuit board on the left (again looking from the back of the TV) covered by metal shielding. Unplug this cable clean the male contacts with a miniture wire brush (bought mine at Home Depot) & plug the cable back into the socket. With rubber gloves (just to be safe) plug the AC cord into the back of the TV & wall and turn on your TV. The bulbs should activate in 7 - 8 seconds. Reassemble the back of the TV & install the stand. Enjoy your TV Doug
