Innotab 2s can't connect to computer via USB.

Try another USB port, USB cable or another computer.

You must install the InnoTab 3S version of Learning Lodge. If it doesn't automatically install, you can install from setup files on the VTech website. Download the manual at http://www.manualslib.com/manual/551479/Vtech-Innotab-3s-The-Wi-Fi-Learning-Tablet.html

updates for the Innotab are automatic. plug the toy to your computer and connect it to Learning Lodge.

Hi Bre. for the registration, maybe you registered the toy to the vtechkids.com website? the registration for the Learning Lodge and the vtechkids.com website is different. If you are sure that you have registered the toy to the Learning Lodge, I suggest that you go to My ACcount. You will be asked for a password. Click the forgot password option and you will see the email address that you used when you registered for a learning Lodge account. As for the toy not being recognized by your computer, try another USB cable 2.0, another USB port in your computer. If that doesn't work, double check under device manager (assuming that you are using a Windows computer) or Disk Utility App (for Mac). Once you are in device manager click Disk Drives and check if you see anything that says vtech. if you do, right click on VTECH nand1 and uninstall. after uninstalling, turn the toy off, unplug it from your PC Plug it back in and turn it on. Try to access Learning Lodge again. I hope this helps.

having same problems and vetec has given me the run a round for 2 weeks with no solution.

You need to update the toy. Connect it to your Learning Lodge Navigator. You should be prompted for an update.

is the other toy also an Innotab 2? are you getting any error message? You should see a blue circle that says connected on the Learning Lodge.

When I connect to the web site Mobigo can't recognize USB device. Please help, I'm tired.....and really mad about it!!!!
