Press machine log in button, enter 11111 confirm, this will take you to sys admin mode, from here you can navigate into sys settings to configure network,copy and fax defaults, and also auditron admin if this is the password mentioned, if the 11111 password has been changed hold the zero button for a few seconds then press start while still holding zero enter 6789 to get into diagnostics, and you can navigate through to the above settings caution be careful what you change in this mode.

Defective IIt/IPS board. Is very expensive. Call you local Xerox service number and ask them for part number 160K99811 and how much it would cost to get it fixed.

The User's Guide for the Document Centre 350 is available from the product support page. There are two files (one for the scanner and one for the printer). See http://onlinesupport.fujixerox.com/processDriverForm.do?ctry_code=TW&lang_code=en&d_lang=en&corp_pid=DC350&rts=null&model=Document+Centre+350&type_id=5&oslist=Windows+95&lang_list=en and the Documentation tab. The drivers are available for supported OS versions on the Drivers tab.

Unable to scan document
Prob need to configure E-mail settings for mailbox. Your KM probably has a web interface for configuring TCP/IP settings and such. Log into it and configure SMTP and POP3 settings so that your copier has an e-mail server to send and receive. Do you see any error codes in the log? The error codes should tell you exactly what is misconfigured. But my guess is that there's no e-mail settings.
