I need to remove these clerks as my till saying I have exceeded maximum logins, please help me on this as there is no support as this till was in my shop and now I can't use as a proper till until these clerks are removed, thanks everybody.

Someone has pressed the clerk button so they have logged out of the register. you need to enter an operator's PIN number and press the clerk button to log in. if you have forgotten the PIN, you need to use your programming manual to create new login codes. Not sure about stock issue. probably a bad stock entry/ overflow. haven't used stock system on these before. If you need more info, checkout tech is best place to get manuals for this model

It sounds like you might have used the wrong clerk system in your MAC code. If you use a single clerk button on keyboard, you need clerk code set in the MAC code. If you use the clerk buttons at the top of the keyboard, you need to set clerk key in the MAC code. If you tell me the MAC code you used during the reset, I can see which system you are using.

Try this:
Turn key to program mode 3 SUBTOTAL type clerk number to be set to trainee e.g. 1 07 SUBTOTAL 67 SUBTOTAL 100000 CASH SUBTOTAL
To change the clerk back to a normal clerk, do the same thing, but use 000000 in place of 100000

They Says that you exceeded maximum incorrect attemps

that mean's " wait for 48 Hour And Try Again "

When You Click Forgot Password and follow the instruction
they send you a messege with two links , The first link to reset you account

The Second Link , To Change Your Password .

Looks like you will have to contact a Casio Authorized Dealer. Sounds like you don't have the master or owner password, therefore that would be like giving away the combination to a safe full of credit card receipts.

The clerk number is stuck on 3 after clearing out an err mode

I think you have a clerk stock in memory . move to pgm mode 3 subtotoal o and hit clerk key then subtotal.
