Disable toner cartridge chips toshiba copiers e-studio 456 series?
Hi I want the device to be ready without the toner cartridge and continue to work without any message. Is there a way or code to do this?
For example, for the Toshiba 455 series photocopier, you enter codes 0 and 8 and set code 499 to 0.Now if you remove the toner cartridge you will not have a toner message.
Is there a way to disable the cartridge chip so that the device continues to work without the cartridge and does not send the toner message of the cartridge?

check the toner cartridge detection chip

use Original toner

Check the toner bottle position, replace it, and/or clean the contacts in the machine where the toner botlle is going into.

1. Make sure genuine toner is use
2. Toner chip not dirty
3. Toner detection inside the machine not dirty

This model no code to bypass...Make sure you are using genuine toner with toner chip on it...Then, clean the toner chip(with 6 springs) and harness inside the machine...If still persist, u might need to change the toner chip on the machine...

The Key that fixed my problem was to enter "2002" instead of "400".
then two numbers with large space showed on top left of screen showing 9 9.
then i pressed 0 a lot and clicked on "OK" on touch screen with my finger.
then again , and when two 9 9 where 0 0 , i holded the shutdown button on the numpad, and after it fully shuted down i turned on and it gave toner cardridge not recognized (gives this error every day), i followed on screen information to the last which is 8/8 , then inserted and it fixed.

in the work place it is a toshiba e.studio 256 se.

Oddly enough, I just had the same problem with "OEM" toner. The chip on the toner bottle was not working correctly. I installed another toner & the bottle was detected. The bottles that did not work I throw out. You may want to try to return the bottles that are not working correctly.... Good Luck
