To change which hopper your Joey is linked to if you go to the Joey and get the remote.
If you press menu, go to settings then to network setup, selected on whole home.
Now on the screen you will see the devices listed use the remote to highlight the correct hopper and press select and then save.
For the Hopper I have used code 0464, however, the ring around the OK does not seem to work using this code. I'm looking for one that will work everything as well.
There is no way to know your password. The only way around this is to use the recovery disc's and reload the operating system with a fresh copy, this removes the password you installed.
I would suggest just removing the parental controls altogether. 1. Click the Start (Windows 7 Button) Button in the bottom left.2. Click on Control Panel3. Click on Uninstall Software (bottom left of the Control Panel)4. Scroll through the list and find the Parental Software5. Select 'Uninstall' on the top bar, right above the list of software. Another option would be to uninstall the webcam driver and reinstall as a new piece of hardware. This will make the computer think it's a brand new device and the parental control would not carry over.
that easy to fix go to your control panel click on users click on your user profile and u can change password in there if for some reason it wont let you create new profile and set that as admin.and delete other profile and click on save all files and it will fix this problem
Disconnect power to the TV. The power interruption will allow you to reset the parental control password to the default password of 0000.
To change the password after disconnecting the power, do the following:
1. Press the Menu button on the remote.
2. Arrow up / down to SET LOCK CODE
The lock icom will appear
3. Arrow left / right to operate
4. Press 0 to access the lock code
5. The first digit will be highlighted.
Arrow left / right to select the number
Arrow up / down to move to the next digit
4. Continue to follow these directions for all 4 code numbers.
5. Arrow up / down to FINISH
6. Arrow left / right to save settings and exit.
