probably fusing thermistor defective

tell me more please did machine do main scan or no and this proplem belong to hp sensor check built of scanner move or not possible causes 1-Harness between the SBCU,
scanner motor drive board and scannerm motor diconnected
2- close machine and unplagged all harness and plagged again and notice some in home position sensors

This is a Corona cleaning unit error. You either need to get the issue with the corona cleaning unit fixed or have a service technician turn off the automatic cleaning function. SP Mode 2 801 3 (technican will know what this code means) I can not tell you how to do this as you can total mess up the machine if the service mode is not used properly.
Turning off the cleaning will solve the error code. Technician can clean the coronas himself on service calls so automatic cleaning is not required.

there soesnt seem to be an error 890 on system but 880 is mlb you could try and go into the service mode by pressing clear yellow button and then press 107 and hold down the stop button.. thsi lets you into the service screen you want copier sp select 5. mode and go to 5-810 sc reset press execute and turn machine off wait and turn back on it coul djust be a signal error for the address book.. good luck A

Is this actually a Ricoh Aficio 1013F, or another model, because "CH551" is not a ricoh service code?Do you mean "SC551"
If so, this is a fuser "triac" problem (basically a fuse in the heater unit). It can only be reset in service mode after the problem is fixed...and will require a tech.

hello Sir; You have to empty the waste toner bottle it located right hand side bottom, open the doorlook at "A" area you will see a big narrow plastic bottle pull out a black buckle slide out the bottle, dump the toner,the code will be disappear!

sc541 is a fusing unit error code. Can you reset the code in service mode?

For the Aficio 1018. SC-320 is laser failure - the polygon mirror motor inside the laser has failed and needs replacing. You will need to contact your nearest service agent for repair.

For your RICOH Aficio 1013F - SC-551 is overheat in standby mode as far as I can tell. The circuitry that controls the fuser section ie manages the heat has problem. Unless its right near a source of heat like a heater or has no circulation around you machine you will need contact a repair agent for this machine also.
