From the manual:

Function: Keys
Answer
Percentage: 100 x 5% 100 x 5 % 5

Add On: 100 + (100 x 5%) 100 x 5 % + 105

Discount:10 - (10 x 20%) 10 x 20 % - 8

Ratio: 30 = 60 x ?% 30 (division key) 60 % 50

% change: 12 = 10 + (10 x ?%) 12 - 10 % 20

Mark-up: 25% mark-up of 120 120 = 25% 160
- 40 (profit)

After all my typing, the formatting did not hold, and the above looks jumbled. The first part of each line is the function, the second part the keys to press, and the third part the answer.

What does the word CAL mean that shows on the dash

CAL stands for Calibrate. The IPC (instrument panel cluster) needs to be recalibrated. This could becaused by a battery/power spike, which means the IPC will need to relearn default settings, or therecould be an underlying problem. Technician will need to hook it up to a computer to analyze problem, and relearn settings.

Treadclimber centering

Dear Sir:
ecalibrate the machine if speed is not registering, belts stop turning or the display readout shows an "err, LS, OS" on the face. Calibrate the TreadClimber by plugging it in. Stand on the foot platforms, or floor mat. Do not stand on the walking belt. Insert the safety key. Press the "start" key when "CAL/PRSS/STRT" shows on the readout. If readout fails to show the "CAL/PRSS/STRT" symbol, turn off machine and turn it back on. Press "ENTER" and then "DOWN SPEED" at the same time until "CAL/PRSS/STRT" shows up on the display. Belts will start and stop during the calibration; do not be alarmed. Do not make any adjustments or interrupt the display of numbers as the unit goes through the calibrations. When the machine is finished calibrating, the readout will display "CAL...PASS" and you can press the "POWER" key to get out of the calibration section.

sincerely. God bless you.

My ANT light comes on when ever i push the mic button but my SWR isnt that high

The meter will be more accurate and an external meter will be even better. If they show good disregard the ant light it is adjustable. It may have been set to sensitive from factory. These erroneous SWR reading can be the side effects of a PEAK & TUNE if the coils have been spread but that should also show on meter.
SWR meter calibrations
  • Switch (S/RF SWR CAL) to the CAL position.
  • Push and hold mic button
  • While holding mic button adjust the SWR CAL knob so the meter needle swings to the CAL mark on the meter
  • While still holding down the mic button, set the (S/RF SWR CAL) switch to the SWR position, to read the SWR reading. Note: When switched to SWR position the meter needle should ideally be as far to the left as possible. Anything over 3 is not acceptable.

Hello, How can we revoke Temporary TS per Device CALS in Windows server 2008? Thanks.

hi there,

When a terminal server is configured to use Per Device licensing mode, and a client computer or device connects to a terminal server for the first time, the client computer or device is issued a temporary license by default. When a client computer or device connects to a terminal server for the second time, if the Terminal Services license server is activated and enough TS Per Device CALs are available, the license server issues the client computer or device a permanent TS Per Device CAL. If the license server is not activated or does not have any TS Per Device CALs available, the device will continue to use the temporary license. The temporary license is valid for 90 days. A permanent TS Per Device CAL issued by a license server is configured to automatically expire after a random period between 52 and 89 days, at which time the TS Per Device CAL will return to the pool of available TS Per Device CALs on the license server.
In some circumstances, you might want or need to return a TS Per Device CAL that has been issued back to the available pool on the license server before the automatic expiration period has been reached. For example, you might want to do this if the client computer or device is no longer a part of your environment.

In Windows Server 2008 you can revoke a TS Per Device CAL by using the TS Licensing Manager tool.

In Windows Server 2008 you can only revoke a TS Per Device CAL. You cannot revoke a TS Per User CAL.

After you have revoked the TS Per Device CAL, that TS Per Device CAL will be immediately available to be issued to another client computer or device. Revocation is not a substitute for ensuring that you have enough TS Per Device CALs to support your environment.

You can only revoke up to twenty percent of the number of TS Per Device CALs of a particular version installed on your license server. For example, if there are 100 Windows Server 2003 TS Per Device CALs installed on the license server, you can only have 20 of those Windows Server 2003 TS Per Device CALs revoked at any given time. If you also have 200 Windows Server 2008 TS Per Device CALs installed on the license server, you can revoke up to 40 of those Windows Server 2008 TS Per Device CALs in addition to the Windows Server 2003 TS Per Device CALs that you have revoked.

Use the following procedure to revoke a TS Per Device CAL by using TS Licensing Manager.
Membership in the Administrators group, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477.
To revoke a TS Per Device CAL by using TS Licensing Manager
1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, point to Terminal Services, and then click TS Licensing Manager.
2. Expand the node that represents the license server that issued the TS Per Device CAL, and then select the node that represents the version of TS Per Device CAL that was issued. For example, click Windows Server 2008 - Installed TS Per Device CALs.
3. From the list of issued TS Per Device CALs, select the TS Per Device CAL that you want to revoke.
4. On the Action menu, click Revoke TS CAL.
5. To confirm that you want to revoke this TS Per Device CAL, click Yes.
6. If the revocation was successful, a message will appear confirming that the TS Per Device CAL was revoked and telling you how many more TS Per Device CALs of that version you can still revoke.
7. Click OK to close this message. The Status column for the TS Per Device CAL will show a status of Revoked when the TS Licensing Manager display is refreshed.

Hope this helps, good luck, God bless

Compass out of whack

You need to recalibrate the compass. The procedure is in your owners manual. Here are the basic steps.

First, you will need to verify that your compass zone is set to your current geographic location. Since I do not know where you are located, I cannot tell you the code. They are listed in the manual. (For example, So Cal is zone 5.)

Second, here is the compass calibration adjustment procedure:

Perform this adjustment in an open area free from steel structures and high voltage lines. For optimum calibration, turn off all electrical accessories (heater/air conditioning, wipers, etc.) and make sure all vehicle doors are shut.
1. Start the vehicle.
2. To enter the compass calibration mode, press and hold the button for greater than eight seconds. The display will then show CAL in the display window.
3. Drive the vehicle slowly (less than 3 mph) in circles until CAL indicator turns off. As many as 5 complete circles may be required.
4. The compass is now calibrated.
