We will need more info on your question about logic control on your Kia.If your computer is loosing memory once you shut off the key,it is almost always a corroded/broken wire near/in the fuse box.(green color wire)

The radio has it's own memory which is powered by the car's battery. I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and leave it for atleast a minute then put it back on. This will reset the stereo system. Try punching in the code again.

If this is the model fitted in a TOYOTA then the code is only available from the Main Dealer or a Decode Specialist (or your local Car Radio / Audio Store) who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip
You may just got a bad control logic board our a bad service capcitor inside, You may want to have it looked at by a Technition in your area I am sure you can come to a solutin to this problem.
