Try all of these steps:
1. Turn the Wii off and on again after about 20 seconds. Press the eject button again. If no help:
2. Unplug the Wii's AC power supply if Step 1 doesn't work. Wait 1 to 2 minutes, and trying to eject the disc again after turning the Wii back on. If no help:
3. Hold down the eject button for 5 to 10 seconds. Still not:
4. Try ejecting the disc with the Wii at different angles. If you hold the Wii upside down, it may help the disc fall out. if no help:
5. See if power light was coming on and do the AC adapter reset. unplug from both ends for 90 seconds.Hold eject button for 5-10 seconds
Finally:
Call Nintendo 1-800-255-3700 and send the Wii back if non of these steps work. In most cases, a disc stuck in the Wii should be covered by warranty.
Good Luck
If you take the front cover off, it should have an emergency eject hole that you can stick a paper clip into. Other than that, you might need to take the disk drive out and take the cover of it off.
Hi,
Only way is to dismantle the wii then eject the disk as it will be voiding the warranty.
Check for the pin hole behind the fron bazel and if the model does not have then dismantling is as described
Hiding screws under stickers and rubber pads is a common method used
by electronics manufactures to help increase the aesthetics of their
devices, as well as prevent people from easily locating screws and
taking apart their products.

There shoud be a small hole on the drive itself. You can try and insert a paperclip opened up to force the eject.
Hi thanks for using fixya!!
You know what??!! that is the best to do, take your console for service, than to force to remvoe it.
But, try to turn the power off and on, and see what will do, try to reset as well.
Good luck!!!
Look for a tiny hole next to the drawer. Push a small paperclip in and it will oped the drawer.
Hi..
Step 1: Open the case panel with a screwdriver.
Step 2: Remove the CD-Drive by unscrewing it from the tray (you may need to disconnect the power from the back - just make sure you make sure you put them back in in the same way when you're done!)
Step 3: Turn the CD-Drive upside-down and locate the four screws in the far corners (which most likely hold the top cover on) or locate the screws which hold the top cover on.
Step 4: Unscrew the screws and remove the top cover, gently and slowly! You should have free access to the disk inside.
Once done, put everything back together. :)
try this out..
thank u..
To eject a WII disc out manually very easily:
- Disconnect the drive
- You see the white plastic mechanism on your right side and the wheel connected to the motor
- turn the wheel towards the back side of the drive while pushing the half inch square plastic piece towards the left.
You will see the disc coming out while you are turning the wheel.
I have had to hit my WII to remove the disc. Support one side and make a fist and wack the other side.
Try to unplug it wait about 30seconds to a minute and then plug it back in. The system will do a systems check along with ejecting all cd's that are in the system similar to a regular CD player
You will have to off the devivce and press the eject button continuously as you on the console.

I tried Yavier's suggestion and I still can't get my disc to eject from my Wii console.
Sorry lostinfamily. Your suggestion didn't work either. I'm still looking for something that will work to eject the disc from my Wii.
Sorry Steve. A couple of good whacks didn't eject the disc either. I'm still looking for a solution.
No good Guru. That doesn't work either.
hari86. there is only one screw; and it secures the battery cover.
I'm logging off for the evening. Some of the responses I'm getting do not relate to the Wii console. The Wii does not have a pin hole for manual ejection. That's the one thing I checked for initially when the problem first started. Hope to get some better assistance tomorrow.
Thanx Askmee. I tried all of your suggestions;and none of them worked, except possibly the last one. I think I'll just call because I'm not getting any real satisfactory tips here. Thanx anyway.
