Download the Panasonic KX-DT343 users manual and a pdf and there should be what you are looking for if not then there must be something funny going on with the menu system but why not have a look in the settings to see if the intercom setup is there but I think you will find out what you want from the KX-DT343.pdf file.
This depends what voicemail you have, SVM OR TVM. and you need to know what group rings in each mode
SVM
day *47 (voicemail extension number) (PIN number) *38801 record STORE
NIGHT *47 (voicemail extension number) (PIN number) *38811 record STORE
TVM voicemail extension number (500 or 200) #6* (ringing group number) option 3 then 1 then 1 follow the prompts
Ringing is controlled by an ICD group. You can do it from the control phone, but I wouldn't. Better to call your installer/dealer/service tech and have them do it. In programming from the console it's program 620 and 621 IIRC (that or 621 and 622)
On the main phone 9usually receptionist 1. Press Prog key 2. "**" 3. the user programming password (usually 1234) 4. "004" 5. Enter 6. enter the extension you want to change the name on 7. type out name (you must use the direction pad in the bottom right corner of your phone if you have 2 letters in a row that are on the same key) 8. press Auto Dial/Store button 9. lift hand set and hang up
The PT display clock is systemwide and done by your Panasonic installer or someone with access to the Maintenance Console. It's option 2.9.1 and the format is either 12 or 24 hour as one of the checked options.

Please note, I am the messenger. I can't change your system and you can't program it without the console software.
