Machine has a bad vibration on the way to high spin, once there all is ok

I recently moved the machine, without the anchor bolts, I have checked and the springs are connected. as well as the bars on the bottom of the tub. If the sprigs have been stretched could that be my problem

The shock absorbers may need greasing, Put a bit of grease (the thick motor type) around where the smaller diameter part of the shock absorber enters the larger part, the take of the lid (isolate from mains) and give a a few hefty shoves on the drum downwards to help the grease to work in. Excessive knocking on the lead up to full spin could also be caused by an uneven load, the unit as a whole not being level or the unit being located on a joisted floor which increases vibration.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: Excessive vibration on spin cycle.

Front loaders are prone to vibration problems. Don't want to go into the technical details of why, but it's important that they're placed on very solid surface (preferably concrete or tile), and checked that their feet have been adjusted so that the machine is level. Unfortunately, most people don't have a concrete pad for their washer. One simple option to consider is to provide dampening of the vibrations. This can be done very simply as this one fellow demonstrates. The main thing to keep in mind with this solution is that it is merely trying to dampen the vibrations. Don't be too forceful in your own solution (think lightly touching the top of a vibrating tuning fork with your finger to stop the tone).

SOURCE: Bosch WFF1800 - not spinning

HI,

move the kicking plate on the front-bottom of the machine. You will see o circular lid there, turn it on anti-clockvise to open. All of the water blocked will come from there, be careful. Look carefully that there are some objects blocking the water draining. Then turn on the machine on draining programme, the plastic rotor should turn fastly when the machine is on. If it is not running, change the pump motor. If it is running, but machine is not draining again you can understand that there is an objeck stuck on the hose between drum and pump motor. Lay down the machine on its rear facade, you will see a large and black hose between drum and pump motor. When you remove it, you will see that there is something that blocks water running.

Bad vibration when washer is spinning.

If the washer is vibrating, it's not sitting solidly on the floor. Move it until it sits solidly. If needed, adjust the leveling legs. It might also vibrate if the shipping blocks and bolts weren't removed when the washer was installed, or the wash load isn't distributed evenly.
If all this looks good, check the shock absorber to see if one has broken.

Cannot do anything to get it to stay balanced, keeps vibrating very bad and sounds like the whole machine is coming a part.

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

Based on what you've described, sounds like a worn tub bearing unfortunately.

To check it, remove the agitator assembly inside the tub, once it's off you'll see the hub which holds the tub in place.

Take the tub assembly and move it side to side to inspect for "play" in the bearing. This will explain the excessive vibration, bad sounds and the reason it won't balance...I bet it doesn't spin the items out very well either due to too much vibration sensed to maximize spin.

Let me know what you find and I'll try to help you move forward from here.

Regards,

Macmarkus :)

Kenmore he2plus vibrate very badly, it is level how do i fix this

My HE2T was making a horrendous sound during the spin cycle. It was making a loud clacking sound and the machine was moving all over the place.

There are two things to check. The first is that the feet are on the floor and the machine is level. The second is a bit more complex. Remove the three screws that hold the lower panel. Underneath the drum on each of the four corners are suspension rods. One side is attached to the drum and the other side is bolted to the bottom of the washer. My bolts loosened up which allowed the suspension rods to clack back up and down as the drum spun. You'll need to tighten those bolts very tight and then give it another try.

Attached on the inside of that cover is the troubleshooting guide. There is a manual diagnostic mode and you can step it to the spin cycle so that you can test the spin balance without having to run through a full cycle. Make sure you have some clothes in there during the test.

Kenmore 22932 Top load washer has excessive vibration at end of spin cycle

IF THE FLOOR IS NOT ABSOLUTELY STABLE, IT WILL MAGNIFY A SMALL VIBRATION INTO A LARGE ONE. PUT SOMETHING ON THE DRYER IF IT SETS NEXT TO THE WASHER, AND TURN ON THE WASHER INTO SPIN. IF THE ITEM ON THE DRYER SHAKES, THE FLOOR IS MOVING.
IF THE WASHER IS ON CARPET, REMOVE THE CARPET OR CUT HOLES IN IT WHERE THE FEET ARE SO IT IS NOT SETTING ON THE CARPET. THE CARPET AND PAD WILL BE TOO SOFT FOR THE WASHER TO SET STABLE.
ALSO, PICK UP ON THE REAR OF THE WASHER TO RESET THE AUTO LEVELING REAR LEGS. YOU SHOULD HEAR THEM MOVE AND RESET WHEN YOU SET THE WASHER BACK DOWN.

Vibration

just because the level shows it is doesn't mean it really is. check the pedestal first. make sure it is level and all legs are tight and there is no wiggle. next do the same for the machine once it is put back on the base.
