Have you tried going to Bing or Google (my preference) and typing in the Walker Mower Parts and let Google search for them. Have had tremendous results this way
There's tabs on the underside of the walker that are holding the cloth seat in place. Slip the buckle through the slot. They go all the way around the walker seat.
Contact Jett's beeper manufacturers customer enquiries, they should be able to tell you who your local spare parts distributors are. I have changed similar material seats before and they usually just clip into place on the underside of the frame.Its a simple job

go to your local retail store and find a baby walker just like the one that you have and explain your situation and ask for a copy of the manual. in the manuel, find and warrenty with the company and reapair/parts number and they will help you
I would try contacting Chicco directly, or a local stockist of Chicco products. They should be able to get one shipped to you. I wouldn't have any idea of how much this would cost though!
