Broiler relay stuck open so I replaced control board now have E1 F2 error code. All buttons on keypad work. Hitting cancel turns off error code but it returned within 60 seconds. I checked all connections and all were tight.
Check the ribbon cable for connection
I checked the ribbon cable - it was pushed in as far as it would go and secure. There were no defects in the cable that I could see and all buttons work untill the error code pops up.....Thanks
You are right, the ribbon cable looks OK, but still not connecting. Try to push in a piece paper like business card, ti make a good connection, sometimes help. Good Luck

E1 F2 on this unit means the control board has determined that the keypad is faulty. These are not available from the manufacturer, but you can find a replacement membrane switch here:

HI, this is a faulty key pad issue. check the following.
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control
board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad
(also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad
in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also
called ERC or clock).

replace the 22uf-50volt capacitor. Looking at the glass display bottom right corner you need to flip the board to the tan side in that same spot you will see two small caps. You want to replace the smaller one. I replaced both for $2.00. Radio shack has them in stock.
