From the description I see try the following.
Take your induction fan blower off and check the condition of the blower wheel. If your induction fan is not pulling flue gas out properly, the flue gas will cause a rollout flame shutdown. Older units induction fan blower wheel rust out and will fall apart and eventually self destruct.

No you cant. You have a module motor so there is no capacitor. If the motor is new it may not be programmed. If it is a old motor replace it.

you can do a heat load calc yourself. Basically, you figure out the sizes of walls, total area of glass. total doors to outside, ceiling area and types of building materials used. It is pretty easy and then you will know for sure. The contractor should be suppling you with one but if not use this, it is free!

The motor shutting off after 30-45 seconds means it is probably getting hot and shutting off on thermo overload safety in motor. Two things can cause this: #1 is the motor is defective. #2 the run capacitor has gone bad. If you want to try and save money replace the run capacitor 1st and try it. If that doesn't work replace the motor. You would replace the run capacitor at same time anyway.

Motor is getting old. The start side of the motor is getting weak. I would replace the motor and when you do the capacitor is a good idea to change also. ken
