I don't know how to delete unwanted songs from device
SOURCE: my GPX won't let me take songs off it?
the easiest way to load and unload songs off of it is to go to my computer and look for it in the drives. It should have it own drive letter. When you open it you will see one folder on the drive. Open the folder and there is your music. Now just cut out what you dont want. Or if you want to add other ones just drag and drop them in there.

I have a GPX MW3847 Audio Player. After charging the player and pressing the on button; the display flashes HOLD, then BYE and cuts off.
SOURCE: Ahh so frustrating!
You will need to format your player. Doing this will completely erase any memory on your player. Follow the steps below:
1. Plug the player up to the computer using the USB cable.
2. Double click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
3. When that opens find your player under Removable Devices or Audio Devices. Some computers will show your player twice but will have the SD MMC card showing behind the player name. That is only for formatting the SD card.
4. Right click once on the player to open the Options menu and then click on Format
5. Click OK to any warnings that come up. There may be one or two depending on your operating system.
6. Any memory will now be erased from your player and you can disconnect from the computer.
7. Reboot your computer and plug your player back in.
8. When you see USB appear on your players screen, press and hold the M button until MTP appears on your screen.
9. Reload your music.

You will need to format your player.
• Connect your player to your computer suing your USB cable and in the Start menu, select My Computer.
• In the My Computer folder, right-click on the icon representing your GPX player. You will be given a list of options. One of them will be to Format your drive. Click on this to erase everything on your GPX player.
• A warning will pop up to make certain that this is the choice that you want to select.
• Once your player is formatted, reload your music files onto your GPX player.
• Open Windows Media Player. In version 10, open the Sync tab.
• On the right-hand side, there will be a listing for GPX audio player. Just above this and to the right are a set of four icons. The icon furthest to the right represents, “Format storage media.” This icon resembles a pencil.
• After formatting, synchronize music to the player. In version 11, open the Sync tab. On the far left column, there should be a listing for GPX Audio Player.
• Right-clicking on this listing will result in a menu containing Format. Select this to erase everything on your mp3 player.

If this problem occurs then your ML648B needs to be formatted.
1. Connect your ML648B to your computer with Windows XP or later.
2. By default your computer will recognize ML648B as GPX MTP Device. Press the POWER button from top of your ML648B, to change it to USB mode connection. You will also see USB on the screen of ML648B.
