Lugia and Ho-oh are game specific Pokemon. You can only get Lugia in Silver and Ho-oh in Gold. However, Articuno can be found in Cinnabar cave, on the very bottom of the cave. You have to push boulders to stop currents, then just surf over and capture Articuno. Deoxys is in the Sevii Islands on FireRed and LeafGreen versions of the game. Dragonite you have to evolve from Dratini/Dragonair, which you can find by fishing in Safari Zone.

Most of the save game issues have to do with the onboard battery dieing. If this happens, your save game will persist for a few hours and then vanish.

If you have these pokemons... go to the town Between Slate Port and the floating town on the left side side... but if you want to open it you need to go to the town floating in water sorry i don't know the name of the town but still go straight left i men lower left of the down just keep on going left until you reach a place to dive in... once you dive there is a cave there that will lead you to a code, after that undive there and go on the top and use dig. then a cave will open up... and there will be a symbol on the top and you need Wailord or Relicanth in your first slot and the other on the last slot... then press a on the tablet... then there will be a earthquake... once done the 3 caves are now open

go in the cave in the desert run around the cave three times and it should open

there is no gym leaders

The internal battery would need to be replaced. most shops will replace these fairly cheap the reason being the battery has become "DRYED UP"

My shop does repair GBC and GBA games that need their batteries replaced
