go now, to store all clain-it, is Tv Defective, they give-it u a new one. Is a Internal Inverter Board Problem. DONT WAIT ANYMORE. GO TO STORE AND CLAIM IS ON WARANTY. Dont wait to get out of waranty. If any problem with claim, send a email to Samsung Headquarters, they resolve this quicky, and free in all situations.(IT´s company politics)
That is not good, it can be as bad the LCD panel is bad which is more likely or the LCD panel inteface board betwwen the screen panel circuit and the main video processor board.
that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life. sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours
What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away
hi..the probelm is due to the video circuit board.
only when you have a problem with the video
circuit board you will get such type of faults.so
you have to check the video board immediately.
