The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

How do i just set camera to put date on pictures

On page 72 of the manual is printed how to imbed date and time in the image data.
If the date and time are shown on the screen, or when you review the picture on a computer, I can't find.
Digital cameras use Meta Data, exif data to keep the important information in the picture. This can be viewed with the appropriate software. Not many cameras put the data visible in the picture that was shot.

We have a Finepix F410. The trouble that we are having is printing off photographs that have the date imprinted. The date is on the camara display and is in the "on" mode. Any thoughts??

The Date and time is saved more or less as an add on to the picture file, not as part of the picture itself. So you're not going to get a date printed when you print the picture.

If you RMB click on the .jpg file when its on your PC, and select properties, it will also show the date. Until you edit it that is.

The only real way around it is to A) Buy a camera which has the option, B) Edit the photo, adding the date prior to printing or C) Write the date on the back as we used to have to do.

Hello sir my sanyo digital camara S4 not detect sd memory. when i put memory asking format if press ok nothing hapen then coming mesege no image what hapen?/ help me withou memory camera is ok

Formatting the memory card according to rhe camera's supported format should fix this. If after formatting and did not work, it means that the memory storage device is faulty. You have to replace your memory card with a new one to make take and save pictures again.

check whether your system has up-to-date antivirus software. scan all of your system's drive using a good antivirus program. after completion, try again. don't forget to scan your camera memory card.

Cannot see what im shooting and on lcd screen,no picture jus black. It shows numbers timer everything else except picture. In play mode everything works fine.

I have 2 xelim camaras. One of which has a piece of some type of cover partially obstructing the view. This camara still displays the time and menus and older pictures. If I take pix now the picture is obscured. The other camara has no picture on the display but when I take a picture it turns out just fine. That camara will need disassembled and a connector hooked back up

Most screens on digital camaras are for aiming the camara and output (displaying the picture) therefore any problems with the screen do not translate to a picture.
