Not sure where you are but try this link: http://www.haier.com/us/ if you are not in the US you should be able to get to the country you want but the manuals should be the same except the language.
The wires usually just have connectors that push on/pull off. Some capacitors run the fan and the compressor and have 3 different terminals. It is very important to make sure the wires get put back on the right terminals on this type. You can find a capacitor at a local heating and air store.
