Every time I try to turn on my computer it says, "Cant find disk please reboot."
First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

When you turn the computer on next time, hit the F2 button. Take your time and examine all of your hardware. See if the time and date are correct. Then check to see if the computer locates and has listed the hard drive, optical drive (dvd, cdrw, if any), and all of the other hardware that should available in the Bios. If there is something wrong with your hard drive, you bios may not list it as available depending on the problem with it. Ask yourself, has the system been plugged in during any lightning storms recently? What about power surges? Its possible that all you need to do is power down, unplug the unit, remove your battery on the unit, and proceed to remove your ram memory and after doing so, press and hold your power button to discharge any static or other charges in the unit to see if this corrects your problem.
If this doesn't work, you may need to seek technical assistance (like me) for further analysis.
** Don't panic, it sounds like a simple and inexpensive problem to me to fix **
