Stoped during speen and since then no power. lights are off no conrol lights coming on. cheqed fuses etc, no imrovement. it is hot point AQUARIUS WT 540 16 months old

The wiper motor is typically located under the plastic at the base of the windshield, if it isn't already visible. You may have to remove the wiper arms to get the plastic off.
Try replacing the fuses- they are usually real cheap. Or swap with good fuses to test, but never use a higher rated fuse, only what it calls for

check door inter lock

Fuse will not be bad if green power light comes on and stays on--if it came on and went off there is a self check.

Likely issues: if no sound also-----problem is in either power supply or set is in shutdown---has a latch circuit.

I have another suggestion based on having worked on hundreds of these sets-----Look first directly under the picture tubes and above the main boards---is there a gray or black plastic tray running under them?

check where the wiring harness comes through the door ,, thats where I found my short

please go to the workshop and get the ECM checked with the SDT.......which will completely diagnose the system

there might be an internal fuse you should check

Had this with mine. Cleaned the filter (as decribed elsewhere on this site). Also cleaned the component fto which the drain hose attaches - guess this is the pump. Just unclip the drain hose and the hose going into this pump, and check there is nothing obstructing the pump. The clips are a bit of a fiddle, you might want 2 jubilee clips to replace them. Then ran a "maintenance wash" as per manual (ie a hot wash, no clothes, no detergent). Seems OK now

you probably just blowed a fuse.... if the fuse is still good, then you will have to unhook again take a test light and see if you have power.... if so then hook power wire up and see if the power will come on.

check power is getting to machine with suitable electrical screw driver.to do this remove top from machine and check live wire just inside rear of machine. fault could be door lock if you have power in machine

It could be faulty blower motor brushes or fuse is most likely case
Second option is wiring or conrol switch or relay to and from the blower
