Hello, in www.hp.com you go into support and drivers and write in search yours computer name and model and you will see a long list of fail codes, many of those codes are in a range of CPU- , Graphics- , memory- and BIOS-failures.
Go to the computer store there you bought your computer and reclaim repairs or replacement, IF you not have open(repairing) or misconfigured(wrong BIOS-file) your computer.

no, i have the same problem, says it has a built in webcam, but it doesnt, i have had help with the hp.com people and they have gave me the list of what the computer comes with and what it has, and indeed it only has a built in microphone, for some that good for others not, luckly i have a webcam to plug in but i pprefer a inpacted one. your welcome:D
