Audio driver
You'll need to go to the Realtek website

Click The Downloads button at the top of the page.
Click the High Definition Audio Codecs (Software) link
Tick "I accept the above" then wait for the page to update then click Next.
You will now see a page of files available for download, at the top of this list is..

Vista, Windows7 Driver (32/64 bits) Driver only (ZIP file)R2.37 2009/11/20 38690k

Click on the first Go link for Site 1 and download the ZIP file.
Once complete, extract all the files from it and run the setup.exe file.
Run through the installation and it will ask you to reboot.
You now have sound !
Graphics drivers
As this motherboard was manufactured way before Windows 7 was released there may not be compatible Windows 7 VGA drivers for it.
If you go here there is a list of drivers or this board but none of them support Windows 7.
Try downloading the ASUS K8V VM Video driver for Windows XP, it may work.

SOURCE: drivers for ASUS K8V-MX Motherboard for windows 8

Hello here is the asus homepage:

http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=20&m=K8V-MX&os=&hashedid=dJ2XP7zr8tzeYbLp

Here is no drivers for windows 8.

Add a graphic card on the mainboard. This mainboard probably has the AGP slot, for adding a graphic card.

You just have to make sure, the driver is available for windows 8.

You can try the VIA drivers here:

http://www.viaarena.com/drivers.aspx

But i can`t give you a guaranty, the driver will work.

Good luck

I don't have ep-8hmmi-a driver installer

http://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp
You can try to update your chipsets here. I don't see that Epox even lists that board. You ahve socket 754, VIA K8M800 and VIA VT8237R chipsets, and S3 Graphics UniChrome Pro IGP. If you can't make this work, give me your operating system,ie: windows vista, windows xp, etc., and I will try to help you further. Let me know at "add a comment"

SERACHING DRIVERS FOR MSI K9MM-V FOR WINDOWS 7. WHAT VGA CHIPSET IS IT

The motherboard you mentioned has VIA K8M800 and VT8237R Plus chipset. Unfortunately there are no qualified drivers for windows 7 for this motherboard. I suggest you to try the generic windows 7 drivers. In case of a problem download the windows XP drivers from this official link and if the problem is still existing try before the installation to right click on the file you are about to install and check at the compatibility tab the compatibility with windows XP sp3 check-box.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

Display driver motherboard model is k8v-mx i have vista ultimate and i formatted my system i lost the drivers cd of asus k8v-mx.. i couldnt get the good picture of movies

Here is the chipset driver :
Chipset (vista 32 & 64 bits)

For your graphic drivers i would think that vista has them already but VIA the chipset manufacturer have not made the graphic drivers for Vista.

You can check it out here if you click vista there is no K8M800 driver, if you click XP its there.
VIA driver download link

Also your integrated graphic is really not a very fast card so that could be the issue when you are playing a movie.
That motherboard has an AGP graphic slot so you can always get an upgrade.
