the discolouring comes from the actual lighting , can not be cleaned , may have had the wrong type of bulbs fitted at some stage as should be UV free, have to change lights if its causing a problem , go online as much cheaper

It says fit jets in central spout, not fix. The stainless steel cover over where the coffee comes out sits on top of the central jets. pull the dispenser down as far as it will go. Now pull it straight out to you. reach up and grab the black plastic piece that holds the central jets. pull it straight down. Now fit the central jet housing into the stainless steel cover. put the cover back on and push it firmly up into place. if it still says fit central jets, pull the stainless steel cover down and slam it up a little harder. there is a switch up inside that needs to feel the presence of the central jets so it doesnt spray coffee and milk everywhere. You should be cleaning those jets every 24 hours anyway. Get the manual out and go through the maintenance proceedures. that milk will start to turn into green cheese if you dont clean the jets and pipework every night.

dead algae is made up of microscopic particles. Most sand filters have trouble filtering out particles that small. I would recommend using a flocculent that will force the particles to settle to the bottom, you can then set the multiport valve to the "waste" setting and vacuum as much of the debris as possible. You can use an additive like fiberclear to help the filter clear the water up quicker.

there is a recall #819 i dont know if your usa or other country but it may be covered. if it isnt covered it still probably is whats wrong. unplug headlight switch and look at the connector check for melted plastic or discolored terminals. if it has any of that then you will need to replace the connector body,any discolored terminals. headlight switch and to keep it from happening again you will have to install the relay kit that is provided with recall. at the dealer i worked at the parts dept. would sell the kits as long as the truck was not listed in the recall.

chances are it is a complete unit(the lens is bonded to the reflector casing./cheaper to assemble in the factory)anyway the chrome will have discolored.so you will have to replace whole unit anyway.

it sounds like the rear drum bearing is out,if all else works o.k. and its sounds like a jet when running its probably the lip-seal is out and the bearing is bad,remove the rear access panel and if its discolored then the seal is bad and water got into the bearing and you need to replace both

its a fuel issue. check fuel lines and fuel filter. If fuel lines are discolored or brittle or if filter has become unattatched from line- the fuel lines need replaced. Then carb needs adjusted ( turn low speed jet out 1/2 turn) or rebuilt

Unit needs cleaning and POSSIBLY cleaning the waste ink dump which is a blotter like sump that captures the waste ink during the jet cleaning cycle.
