If you are looking for the page count, use the arrow keys until the display shows information, then press check mark, press arrows again until configuration page shows, then press checkmark. The config page has the page count on it in the left upper quarter of the page of information that prints.
Check the adjustable guides in your paper tray. Make sure they are up against the paper all the way around. This is the most common cause of what you describe. The machine uses the positions of these guides to determine what paper size is loaded. If this does not work there may be an issue with the tray itself.
It appears that the printer is having problems reading the e-label on the print cartridge. Remove and reinstall the print cartridge, then press the Select button. That should clear the problem.
