You should probably put it on a board but if that doesn't work, you could try putting something weighing 12 pounds on the board or in your pockets or whatever.

Mettler ag204 doesnt enter weighing mode and stuck in software version

If your Mettler AG204 balance is not entering weighing mode and getting stuck in the software version display, it may indicate a software or firmware issue. To troubleshoot the problem, you can try the following steps:
  1. Turn off the balance and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  3. If the problem persists, try resetting the balance to its factory settings. Refer to the user manual or contact Mettler-Toledo support for instructions on how to do this.
  4. If the issue still persists, it may be a hardware problem, and you may need to contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
It's always a good idea to keep your balance calibrated and maintained to prevent any future issues.

My WW78 scale keeps giving an ERR message when I stand on it.

Usually I change the weight by weighing one foot and then weighing again with both. And then I keep repeating that until my results are consistent. Then that result seems to be accurate

The board keeps asking me to step off when I'm not on the board. It won't work with any game. It thinks it has someone on it when there isn't.

Hello :

Make sure that the Wii Balance Board is placed properly in front of the TV: The blue power light should be facing away from the TV. If the Wii Balance Board is facing the wrong way, your movements will be reversed.
Check the battery life of the batteries in the Wii Balance Board. If the battery level is low, try a fresh set of batteries.
Check to make sure nothing is pressing against the bottom of the Wii Balance Board. If you do find anything pressing against the bottom
(such as carpet), try using the foot extensions
.

If you are you using the Wii Balance Board on a plush carpet , try using the foot extensions. After you have installed the extensions, re-weigh yourself and check for proper results (within a few pounds.

good luck .

Sorry to tell you but it has gone faulty, you need to take it in for repair. There are no serviceable parts inside.

Scale is not weighing correctly. Weighs correct

The scale must be on a hard, level surface. Make sure there is absolutely no dirt on any of the pivot points. Calibrate it with a KNOWN 25 pound weight.

The balance board yesterday said i weighed 190 lbs. and today it says i gained 20.3 lbs. what's wrong with it?

If I were you, I'd buy a scale to see if it was right (or a mirror).

Just kidding. Return it and buy a new one!

Wii fit weighin too light!

I would suggest that you ensure that the board is calibrated properly and that you don't step on it until directed to do so. I'm sure you're already doing this, because it won't let you go on without doing so.

The other solution I would offer is to change the batteries in the unit, and ensure that you are setting the Balance Board on a smooth, sturdy, and flat surface. If you are on shag carpet, it will not function properly. If you have average carpet, try using the little adapters that attach to the feet.

Remember that for the purposes of this program, the exact weight isn't what is most important, but relative weight. Any time you are tracking weight loss, be sure to mark your progress using the same scale. If you chart the Wii vs traditional scales, you should notice that the decrease is the same, regardless of what your starting point may happen to be.

Good luck!
