I cant remember pass word to my zeepad

Made one up on lock screen and cant get in cause i dont remember cant find reset button is there some kind of reset coder to put in?

Go to www.zeepad.net click on the picture of your device. Download the device driver, loading program, instructions and the firmware for your zeepad. Reinstall the firmware this will update and bring your unit to

    You must download the programs to your home computer from that site and reinstall the correct operating system according to the model zeepad you have. Get someone who understands computers if you are uneasy about flashing (installing) new software into the zeepad. Its the only way to reset lost password. The zeepad will become like just out of the box brand new. All downloaded info will be lost.

I have tried to do all of that and everytime I click a link to download the firmware it comes up page not found.
