Hi, i have the creative vf 0050 webcam but unfortunately doesn't work in my new laptop which have windows vista.what can i do for this? i'm looking forward for suitable drivers but i didnt find anything. please help me.Konstantinos
Download the vista driver from here www.pcleeds.com/drivers.html then to install in vista follow this
to install a none vista driver do the following:-
make a folder on c: drive called WEBCAM ie. c:\WEBCAM Extract the file you've downloaded to c:\webcam
go to control panel \ system \ device manager
look down the list till you get to webcam it should have a yellow ?
then right click and choose update driver software
then click on browse computer and choose the c:\WEBCAM location
then click next and it will find the webcam and install the drivers
to use it open msn messenger goto tools audio and video setup and you will see it works

most creative cams that say the dont support vista actually do!!!!!!
I'm currently using a VF0060 which is running fine in Vista Ultimate
just follow install routine the cam will install but you cant use the fancy software that came with it

Hi there has this webcam ever worked on vista, ive checked the creative website and can not find the webcam listed, if it is an older model they may not have updated the drivers for this webcam, it may not be vista compatible.
therefore i would like to suggest that it may result in a new camera
