The audio is probably still there, but your computer is missing the proper audio-codec to be able to play it. You can download the free 'MediaInfo' tool to analyse the media-file to see the specific audio-codec details and download the correct audio-codec.

SVP product manuals are available from http://svp-tech.com/download.html . The WP5300 camera manual is in a RAR compressed file. You'll need a tool like WinZip or WinRAR, http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm , (for Windows OS).
