Yes, sort of: go to Settings->Security->Enter lock code here if you've created one(otherwise ignore this step)->Limit Use->Restrict Incoming Calls From this step, you'll have to choose to restrict incoming calls from anyone NOT in your Contacts . You'll still get the voicemails and notifications of who called, but unwanted callers will go right to voicemail and you can call them back whenever you are ready.

hey i think your phone have no features that only the no.in your phonebook can be accepted, you can do only is block all incoming calls, but try to look at the call settings.

the call must be blocked from the tower in order for your phone not to react to a connection attempt from that particular mobile device number. you can contact your service provider and they may have a work-around or a fix for you.

the easy way though, and the way i recommend as long as you are wanting to block calls and not txt from this number, is to asign a custom ringer as none. this will silence your device and deactivate the vibrate mechanism.
now when that # dials yours, you are not disturbed.

or if ur realy serious just call ur service provider and they can fix u up.

In order to block calls from a particular number you need to contact your service provider. You can dial 611 usually. They can put a block on that number for you, just let them know if you are getting harrassing calls, etc.
