Human touch HTT 800 just beeping from back, not remote

Just had this problem with our HTT 800. Discovered it was the curled phone-like cord attached to the remote that had been chewed through by one of our dogs. Some electric tape fixed it right up. Still looking for a replacement. Anyone know where I can find one? A standard-size phone cord does not work with this, as it is too large.

Had the same beeping problem as you. Tried a new remote control "phone cord", but the beeping continued. The cord that fits it is a standard "handset" phone cord. That cord has the slimmer end connectors and will fit this chair. The "wall plug" phone cord is much wider and will not fit. You are correct there.

I found the problem to be in the phone jack on the remote- where the phone cord plugs into. There, the pins had bent back quite a
ways, that it was not making good contact with the phone cord.

The fix: unplug the phone cord from the remote control. Look inside
the phone jack and use a "pick" or a bent paper clip in a
hook-shape to reach in and gently pull the gold pin
contacts back out a bit. Replug your phone cord and
enjoy your "beep-free" massage again !
