Hi, the media box for our tv keeps turning off and on, whilst on the tv,picture everything is ok, then the box turns it off. ?? Can we buy another media box does anyone know, or how do we fix it ?? thanks
hi, thanks for replying, but all we have from the tv to the avc unit is the link cable, which controls it on and off. the cable ends are split in two, both ends of the lead have sockets like 1) computer lead - where u screw in at each side, and the other section is like a pc mouse connection. sorry but dont know the real name for these cables.

Check that the system cables are properly plugged into the back of the plasma display and the media receiver. You may have knocked them whilst installing the DVD player.
