It means that the laser beam of your printer is not detected.
Try to change the printer toner.

If you scanner error 5 or printer hangs at scanner bulb warming up than the issue is with Scanning Assembly inside the printer and it is hardware issue.

Hp laserjet p4014n error code 49.4c02

First unplug the network cable and/or USB cable and restart printer. If it comes to ready then the correct first step for all 49 errors on HP printers is to update the printer firmware to current revision. Most 49 errors are caused by programs sending commands that are not recognized. Adobe is the worst for this. The best way to update firmware is to connect via a USB cable and use the EASY Firmware update utility for your model.

Hp laserjet p4014n ... when print job sent to printer, it hangs up on "processing" and never prints

First tray to print from tray1 (bypass), if it's ok then
do firmwareupgrade if the machine has firmware available. If, afteryou upgrade the firmware, you get a 50.9 error for fuser overtemp, then youneed to replace the fuser after checking all connections on the DCC and fuser.

Brand new HP P4014n gets an Error 51.10 when it prints a page with graphics.

That's a laser/scanner error.
Get to the DIAGNOSTICS menu. Run the laser/scanner motor component test.
Listen as the motor rotates.
Call HP. your printer is under warranty. Tell them if you heard the motor noise.
